Bookmark OperationsHERO.com on your mobile device for an easy way to create new Requests, view existing Requests, or even look back at your old Requests where you can find notes on how your issues were resolved!

Sign in to OperationsHERO with your Google account (TeacherS@TRGators.org).

For Maintenance Requests, select the Maintenance (WO) Workflow.
For Technology Requests, select the Technology (IT) Workflow.

Please be sure to watch your email inbox for any follow-up questions from your Maintenance or Technology support teams!
Respond to requests for additional information in the OperationsHERO system by clicking the Requests tab at the top of the page, and filtering by My Requests.
